How the Verification Pipeline Works
When a new seller link is submitted to the Oopbuy Spreadsheet Hub, it does not go live immediately. Instead, it enters a 48-hour verification queue. First, our SSL validator confirms the destination uses HTTPS with a valid, unexpired certificate. Next, the seller reputation module pulls public feedback data from the linked platform and scores it on a 0–100 trust index.
If the trust index falls below 75, the link is rejected outright. If it passes, the link moves to the dead-link bot, which performs a live HEAD request to confirm the page loads within three seconds and returns an HTTP 200 status. Finally, the scam filter analyzes the page content for red-flag keywords and deceptive layout patterns. Only links surviving all four gates are published to the public spreadsheet.
Even after publication, every link is re-checked twice daily. Any link that fails a subsequent scan is immediately hidden from public view and flagged for manual review. This ensures the verified spreadsheet systemmaintains its integrity over time.
